Job summary

JG Summit Holdings, Inc. seeks a Cost Accounting Manager to lead the Cost Accounting Center of Excellence, govern cost accounting and inventory processes, and supervise the financial closing for all plants and BUs.

You will ensure accurate and timely reporting, review reconciliations and statements, and ensure IFRS/GAAP and local tax compliance. Coordinate with BU ISC finance to resolve discrepancies, analyze variances, prepare consolidated cost reports, support internal and external audits, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA and/or CMA preferred.
• 5–7+ years of progressive cost and general accounting experience, including supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• LeadCost Accounting Center of Excellence within cost accounting & inventory processes.
• Lead and supervise a team responsible for financial closing for all plants & BUs, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Review and validate account reconciliations and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, IFRS/GAAP, and local tax regulations.
• Coordinate with BU ISC finance to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.
• Analyze variances on actual results and provide insights & recommendations.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports on cost accounting for total URC.
• Provide support for internal and external audits with timely documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relatedfield. CPA and/ or CMA is preferred.
• 5 to 7+ years of progressive cost and general accountingexperience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-onexperience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communicationskills with strict attention to detail.
• Comfortable in fast paced environment and technologychanges.
• 4-day work from office required.
