The VITO Group is seeking an experienced Cost Accounting Director to lead the cost accounting function in a global manufacturing organization. Salary is up to ₱280,000 per month, onsite in Parañaque City.

The role focuses on overseeing product costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and month-end close while ensuring US GAAP/SOX compliance and driving ERP initiatives. A Bachelor’s in Accountancy and 12+ years in cost accounting are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy required.
• CPA an advantage.
• 12+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic cost accounting initiatives, process improvements, automation, and analytics.
• Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, standard costing, and overhead absorption.
• Manage inventory, fixed assets, cost variances, and month-end close activities.
• Analyze manufacturing variances, PPV, assembly yield, job lot, cycle time, and other cost trends.
• Develop COGS projections and provide financial insights to support profitability and margin optimization.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX, and internal controls.
• Support ERP upgrades, system transformation, and other strategic finance projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop cost accounting leaders and team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead strategic cost accounting initiatives, process improvements, automation, and analytics
• Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, standard costing, and overhead absorption
• Manage inventory, fixed assets, cost variances, and month-end close activities
• Analyze manufacturing variances, PPV, assembly yield, job lot, cycle time, and other cost trends
• Develop COGS projections and provide financial insights to support profitability and margin optimization
