Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Typically 6–8 years of progressive experience in technology platforms or HR systems.
• Strong understanding of platform operations, system integrations, and service management.
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational management skills.
• Excellent communication and people-leadership capabilities.
• Preferably familiar with Workday HCM, cloud-based platforms, or digital workplace technologies.
• English proficiency is required.
