Job summary

foodpanda is seeking two detail-oriented Sales Administrators to join the Commercial team in Taguig on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this entry-level role, you will provide essential operational and administrative support to our Field Business Development team, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely execution of tasks.

You will own merchant onboarding, KYB documentation, and database tracking to accelerate our sales pipeline and boost team efficiency.

Qualifications

• Open to entry-level candidates; prior experience in sales admin, data entry, customer service, or commercial support is a plus.
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and familiarity with CRM or database management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with local sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Merchant onboarding: End-to-end administrative onboarding for new merchants and accounts.
• KYB compliance processing: Collect, verify, and organize localized Know Your Business documents and client files.
• Database management: Maintain and update merchant databases, sales records, and pipeline tracking with high accuracy.
• Sales support: Handle routine administrative tasks to offload paperwork from Field BDs, enabling them to focus on client-facing sales activities.

By taking ownership of merchant onboarding, KYB documentation, and database tracking, you will directly help accelerate our sales pipeline and team efficiency.

• Merchant Onboarding: Execute end-to-end administrative onboarding processes for new merchants and accounts to ensure smooth transition times.
• KYB & Compliance Processing: Collect, verify, and organize localized Know Your Business (KYB) documentation and client files.
• Database Management: Maintain and update merchant databases, sales records, and pipeline tracking systems with high accuracy.
• Sales Support: Handle routine administrative tasks to offload paperwork from Field BDs, enabling them to focus on client-facing sales activities.

Qualifications
