Maintain is seeking a commercially minded Business Analyst to understand how businesses operate, identify inefficiencies and spot opportunities where AI, automation and technology can add real value. You will bridge business needs with technical solutions, working alongside our AI engineering team.

This role involves deep discovery with stakeholders, translating findings into actionable recommendations and detailed requirements, and supporting automation map consulting for multiple business

Qualifications

• Approximately 4–5+ years of professional experience in business analysis, business process improvement, technology consulting or digital transformation.
• Experience conducting business discovery, stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering.
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflows and process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to document business requirements, functional requirements, user stories and process maps.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience collaborating with developers, technology teams or implementation specialists.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex business problems clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges and pain points.
• Lead discovery conversations, interviews and workshops to map current-state processes.
• Analyze workflows, responsibilities and information flows to identify inefficiencies.
• Document requirements, findings and improvement opportunities with clear rationale.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps showing how automation can help.
