Job summary

Manulife Financial’s Global Risk Intelligence & Technology (GRIT) team is expanding its digital, reporting, and analytical capabilities to strengthen financial risk monitoring across the enterprise. The Manager, Reporting, Advanced Analytics and Automation (RAA) will design and scale automated reporting, dashboards, and workflows with Power Platform, Azure, and Databricks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
5+ years of analytics, BI, reporting automation, or risk tech experience.
Strong Power Platform proficiency and enterprise-grade solution design.
Experience building dashboards/reports with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain analytics dashboards and digital solutions for risk oversight.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable reporting and automation.
Lead development of risk intelligence dashboards and monitoring capabilities.
Develop advanced data visualizations and self-service reporting for executive audiences.
Drive adoption of GenAI capabilities to enhance risk commentary and data quality.
