Job summary

Manulife Financial seeks a Director, Reporting, Advanced Analytics and Automation to lead risk reporting, analytics, and automation across Market, Liquidity, Model, and Reinsurance Credit risks. You will guide GenAI initiatives, build enterprise dashboards, and partner with actuarial, finance and risk teams to evolve analytics ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in market and liquidity risk analytics or related fields.
• Experience supporting financial risk management and reporting based on IFRS 17, IFRS 9, LICAT, NAIC and HKRBC.
• Advanced proficiency in Power Platform including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Hands-on Dashboards: Power BI with DAX, Power Query; data modeling and cloud data integration.
• Experience building AI-powered solutions including GenAI platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar languages for data analysis and automation.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end solution delivery and drive innovation.
