Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Experience delivering business reporting or process improvements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, functions, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to analyze, document, and challenge data, processes, and workflows.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of departmental strategies and key initiatives with stakeholders.
• Monitor initiatives and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare governance and management reports, including headcount analysis and seat optimization.
• Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and maintain tools and reports that support planning and decision-making.
• Validate data, investigate variances, and maintain report accuracy.
• Coordinate project requirements, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
• Serve as a point of contact for enterprise initiatives and governance forums.
