Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in an agile production environment.
• Experience leading the design and implementation of complex features in full-stack applications.
• Proficiency with object-oriented languages and frameworks (Java/Spring; front-end React/Redux/Typescript).
• Fluent Git, Jenkins experience; RESTful APIs and JSON/SOAP.
• Strong SQL, multi-threading, and message queuing expertise.
• Hands-on Python or Scala; data processing, ML workloads; Hadoop ecosystem familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic technical direction for applications, architectures, and development processes.
• Lead analytics and scalable applications development for data/AI products.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a cross-functional engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define roadmaps, scope features, and plan releases.
• Champion adoption of new technologies and agile practices.
