Job summary

Precision Crestec, Inc is seeking an Industrial Engineering graduate to join the manufacturing QA team in Pasig. The role focuses on documenting 4M changes, conducting sample evaluations with dimensions and tests, and ensuring ROHS/MSDS compliance for Epson deliveries.

You will collaborate with the cost estimator on packaging layouts, prepare COC when the in-charge is absent, and support QA through data input and reporting, with opportunities for research and development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare IPAAN/4M documents for new or changed items.
• Conduct sample evaluation including dimension checking, destructive tests, BCT, Bursting Test, RCT, ECT, Moisture Test, and Appearance checking.
• Perform ChemSherpa data inputting for Epson deliveries and EPPI items including ROHS and MSDS confirmation.
• Provide summary of Epson items with BQICS to EP1 Warehouse.
• Collaborate with Cost Estimator on developing new packaging requirements including layout preparation.
• Prepare COC in absence of the in-charge.
• Relay all concerns to QA Supervisor & Assist.
• Perform other tasks, research and development duties as assigned.

• Conduct sample evaluation prior to submission to client including dimension checking, destructive tests, BCT (Box Compression Test), Bursting Test, RCT (Ring Crush Test), ECT (Edge Crush Test), Moisture Test, and Appearance checking
• Perform ChemSherpa data inputting for all Epson deliveries and every new item of EPPI, including ROHS and MSDS confirmation
• Provide summary of Epson items with BQICS to EP1 Warehouse
• Collaborate with Cost Estimator in developing new packaging requirements including layout preparation
• Prepare COC in absence of the in-charge
• Relay all concerns to QA Supervisor & Assist
