Job summary

DKSH Philippines is seeking a quality assurance professional to support daily operations, ensuring GxP compliance and proper documentation across inbound, outbound and in-process inspections.

You will train warehouse staff on quality requirements, monitor temperature controls, manage damaged units and non-conformances, and assist the QA team to uphold global DKSH quality standards.

Based in Cabuyao, Laguna, fluency in the local language and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality assurance tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of local regulations related to QA in the Philippines.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work across cross-country/cultural teams.
• Fluency in the local language and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Execute product inspections and document related requirements (inbound, outbound, in-process).
• Perform quality control measures including temperature monitoring and quarantine controls.
• Report warehouse damages to QA with proper documentation.
• Train warehouse personnel on quality requirements.
• Support QA daily operations to meet GxP and regulatory standards.
• Assist in managing operating expenditures within budgets.
• Support implementation of DKSH quality policies and standards.
• Assist in quality management systems documentation and validation monitoring.

About The Role

Support daily operations in terms of quality and GxP practices. This includes quality inspections and documentation on quality related requirements.

What You Will Deliver

• Responsible for executing product inspections and corresponding documentation. This includes but not limited to inbound inspections, outbound inspections, in-process inspections, management of damaged units, generation of damage reports, and training of relevant personnel on quality controls.
• Responsible for execution of quality control measures such as but not limited to temperature monitoring activities, quarantine controls, walkthroughs, verifications of product physical status, etc.
• Responsible for reporting any reported warehouse damage to designated QA personnel upon detection/awareness following appropriate documentation
• Train and coach warehouse personnel on appropriate quality requirements where necessary
• Support QA team members with daily operations to adhere to GxPand regulatory requirements
• Support manager in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources;
• Support the implementation of quality policies, procedures and standards to ensure alignment to global DKSH quality policy and local/international quality standards;
• Support implementation of quality management systems, include Document Management, Complaints, Deviations/CAPA, Change Control, and Validation Monitoring where necessary;

  • Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
