Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a QA/QC Associate for an on-site role in Antipolo City. The position requires a college graduate with an Industrial Engineering background preferred; you’ll master production monitor documents, inspect products, and coordinate repair status.

Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with a monthly salary of ₱20,000. The job is on-site at Antipolo City with responsibilities spanning inspection, documentation, and coordination with Production

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate with preferred Industrial Engineering or related engineering background.
• Experience in QA/QC within manufacturing is required.
• Strong emphasis on inspection, documentation, and process monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Master the Production Monitor document for strict monitoring and control purposes.
• Receive completed products directly from the Production team.
• Inspect each product thoroughly to determine if it meets quality standards.
• Track and monitor the status of products flagged for repair.
• Document products that are beyond repair and coordinate their replacement with Production.
• Forward all products that pass quality standards to the Receiving Department for processing.

• Salary Range: ₱20,000 / month
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Specifications

• Education: Must be a College Graduate.

• Experience: Prior work experience in Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC) within the manufacturing industry is required.
