Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering (preferred)
• 13 years of experience in QA and Technical Support
• Knowledgeable in hardware, software, troubleshooting, and quality assurance processes
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Willing to work in Dela Paz, Pasig City

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checking for finished goods (ICB and other packaging accounts) and other test requirements.
• Issue Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for physical equality deviations. Confer with the team leader and QA head for quality and rejections.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action (internal and external) implementation.
• Identify and declare finished goods status and advise concerned personnel/department immediately for any quality standard deviation.
• Ensure equipment (BCT) used in testing is in good condition, accounted for, and properly kept. Maintain safety housekeeping at all times.
• Manage the database by correctly entering test results associated with the inspections conducted.
• Develop and maintain quality control standard operating procedures (SOP) and forms.
• Save samples for production traceability and identification.
• Assist the Product Development Engineer in quality testing of packaging boxes.
• Preparation of COC.
• Relieve QA inspector as needed.
• May perform other duties that may be assigned.
