Silicon Valley Computer Group Phils Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to join our Calapan City branch. You will support branch operations and learn frontline leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, driving sales, inventory control, merchandising IT products, customer service, POS handling, and ensuring store standards. Fresh graduates are welcome; willingness to relocate to mall branches and work shifts is required.

Competenze

• Graduated in Business Admin, Marketing, Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience is an advantage.

WE ARE HIRING: MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Location: Ground Floor /LS-037 C53M+5FP, Roxas Dr, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, Philippines

Key responsibilities

• Assist in supervising sales personnel, cashiers, and other branch employees.
• Monitor daily sales performance and help achieve branch sales targets.
• Learn and assist in inventory management, stock monitoring, and product replenishment.
• Ensure proper display and merchandising of computers, laptops, mobile phones, printers, gadgets, and accessories.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and after-sales concerns.
• Ensure proper handling of POS transactions, cash collections, and store reports.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and operational standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by management in preparation for future branch leadership responsibilities.
