Job summary

Prince Retail Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a Management Trainee - Store Operations to develop skills in sales management, inventory control, team leadership, and overall store operations. The program focuses on achieving business targets while delivering excellent customer service.

You will support store leadership, handle promotions, monitor performance, and help manage inventory and merchandising while undergoing the Store Operations Management Training (SOMT) and preparing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in retail, sales, or store operations.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage.
• Strong background in sales, operations, and team management.
• Willing to undergo the SOMT program and be assigned to provincial store operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and operations management to meet targets and growth initiatives.
• Support execution of promotions, upselling, and customer engagement.
• Monitor KPIs, inventory control, shrinkage, and merchandising standards.
• Promote a customer-centric culture and ensure high service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards.
• Assist training, coaching, and supervision of store personnel; support scheduling.
