Job summary

Tanduay Distillers, Inc. in Manila is inviting applications for a Management Trainee to join a comprehensive development program designed to prepare future leaders.

The program blends knowledge, skills, and hands-on rotations across departments to build a strong foundation in the business. You will rotate through Production, Technical Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and Support Services, completing the LMDP while delivering projects and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BS Electrical Engineering or BS Accountancy.
• Computer literacy.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and problem solving for continuous improvement.
• Experience on the required competencies of the organization or department is an advantage.
• At least 2 years work experience related to the need of the organization or department is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Completing all components of the Learning and Management Development Program (LMDP), including tests, book reviews, sessions, projects, presentations, reporting and department rotations.
• Demonstrating consistent adherence to company policies, procedures and core values in daily work and interactions.
• Gaining exposure to Production, Technical Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and Support Services to understand end-to-end processes.
• Performing assigned departmental tasks and processes in accordance with QMS standards.
• Collaborating and communicating effectively within the department and across teams to contribute to goals and initiatives.
• Applying critical thinking and continuous improvement principles to solve problems and deliver results.
