Qualifications

• MBA qualification or equivalent advanced business qualification.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership potential with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools; experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of or experience within the human resources, recruitment, or manpower services industry is preferred.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering results.
• Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and learn from experienced mentors and senior leaders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through various departments to gain broad exposure to organisational operations and management practices.
• Participate in strategic projects and initiatives that provide hands-on experience in problem-solving and business development.
• Support senior management in the development and implementation of business strategies and operational improvements.
• Assist in the analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities relevant to the manpower services industry.
• Contribute to the recruitment, training, and management of talent across assigned accounts and business units.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for management review and decision-making.
• Participate in professional development programmes, mentorship activities, and knowledge-sharing sessions within the Future Leaders Program cohort.
• Identify and propose process improvements and innovations to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
