Job summary

Air Liquide Philippines invites applicants for a Management Trainee program with 3 rotations through Finance, Sales and Operations over 18 months. You will gain hands-on experience, interact with engineering and sales teams, and contribute to safety and quality initiatives. You will develop business acumen, engage in projects, and work with leaders and technical experts to drive improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Completion of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical) or Business Administration with a Major in Marketing within 2025 or 2026.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is advantageous.
• Willingness to start in November/December 2026.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and technical experts to support day-to-day operations.
• Gain practical insights into plant production, reporting and analysis.
• Participate in productivity and continuous improvement projects.
• Engage with operations and customer-facing teams to understand processes.
• Develop troubleshooting skills and contribute to effective solutions.
• Prepare and review documents in compliance with company standards and safety benchmarks.
