Responsibilities

• Performs warm and cold calling tasks daily.
• Responds to queries from marketing-generated leads in a timely manner.
• Sets meetings, visits clients, and conducts reconciliations.
• Provides information about products and services and sets clear expectations.
• Prepares customer sales forecast for planning by product team.
• Enters order information with correct pricing, discounts, and specs.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Assists collections with overdue balances from customers.
• Collaborates with sales manager to align brand sales and monitor performance.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with management, staff, and clients.
• Ensures sales goals and metrics are met.
