About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at ABest Express Inc.', as a Management Trainee. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for learning all aspects of store operations and management, with the goal of becoming a future store manager. This is a full-time position based in Malate, Manila City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

1. Gain hands-on experience in all areas of store operations, including inventory management, customer service, sales, and staff supervision
2. Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop your leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
3. Work closely with experienced store managers to learn best practices and strategies for effective store management
4. Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales and increase customer engagement
5. Collaborate with the regional management team to identify and implement process improvements
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
