This full-time role develops future store leaders through structured on-the-job training and mentorship, exposing you to all facets of store operations, customer service, and team management. You will be based at our Balagtas, Bulacan location, working full-time to support the smooth and efficient operation of the store.

• Assist daily operations including opening and closing.

About the role

ABest Express Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to join our retail operations team in Balagtas, Bulacan. This is a full-time position designed to develop future store leaders through comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship. As a Management Trainee, you will gain valuable experience across all aspects of retail store operations, customer service, and team management. This role is your stepping stone into a rewarding career in retail management, where you will learn the skills necessary to oversee store performance, lead team members, and drive business results. You will be based at our Balagtas, Bulacan location, working full-time to support the smooth and efficient operation of the store.

What you'll be doing

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting in the daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures
2. Supporting the management team in monitoring inventory levels and conducting stock rotations
3. Assisting with staff scheduling, training, and performance management under the guidance of senior managers
4. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
5. Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries and complaints
6. Supporting sales targets and promoting products to customers
7. Participating in visual merchandising and store presentation activities
8. Assisting with cash handling and point-of-sale system operations
9. Learning and implementing loss prevention strategies
10. Gathering feedback and reporting insights to senior management to improve store performance
