About the role
ABest Express Inc. is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Management Trainee to join our growing retail operations team. This is a full-time position based in Naga City, Camarines Sur, offering an excellent opportunity to launch your career in retail management. As a Management Trainee, you will gain comprehensive exposure to all aspects of store operations, customer service, and team leadership. This role is strategically important as it develops the next generation of store managers and leaders who will drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction across our retail network.

Key responsibilities

1. Assisting store managers with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising

2. Supporting the supervision and training of front-line staff, including cashiers, sales associates, and stockroom personnel

3. Monitoring and maintaining store cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with company standards and health and safety regulations

4. Assisting with customer service operations, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

5. Supporting the implementation of sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and seasonal displays

6. Participating in inventory counts, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate stock records

7. Gathering and analysing sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

8. Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling as required

9. Completing mandatory training modules covering retail operations, customer service, and management practices

10. Supporting loss prevention initiatives and maintaining awareness of security procedures

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
