Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably Business, Management, Marketing, or related course.
• Retail or sales experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of computers, mobile phones, and other technology products is preferred.
• Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Organized, responsible, and willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising Sales Personnel, Cashiers, and Technicians.
• Monitor daily sales performance and help achieve branch sales targets.
• Assist customers with computers, laptops, mobile phones, printers, accessories, and other tech products.
• Monitor proper product display, pricing, and merchandising.
• Assist in receiving, releasing, transferring, and counting inventory.
• Report missing, damaged, or excess stocks immediately.
• Monitor proper cashiering, receipt issuance, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, uniform, grooming, and work performance.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and store rules.
• Handle basic customer concerns and escalate major issues to the Branch Head.

About the role

Management Trainee in Retail Operations, reporting to the Branch Head / Store Manager. Responsible for assisting the Branch Head in managing daily branch operations, sales, employees, inventory, and customer service while being trained for future supervisory responsibilities.
