Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the management in exploring, formulating, and realizing business potential by conducting market research, analyzing trends, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain insight into various aspects of the business, including marketing, finance, operations, and human resources.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance overall organizational efficiency and productivity.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Provide support to department heads and managers in various tasks and projects as needed.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Observe and learn from experienced managers to understand effective leadership and management practices.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related fields.
- A background in Electronic Communication Engineering is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in international enterprises, with demonstrated leadership experience in leading a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, adaptability, and a desire for continuous learning and professional development.
