Job Description:

Assist in planning, tracking, and executing key operational projects from initiation through to completion to support business objectives.

Analyze workflow data, identify operational bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven, practical solutions to improve organizational efficiency.

Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline day-to-day processes, resolve issues, and ensure alignment across departments.

Actively participate in structured rotation and training programs to master internal processes, technical systems, and leadership fundamentals.

Prepare detailed progress reports, project updates, and analytical presentations for department managers and leadership teams.

Proactively identify opportunities for workflow enhancement and assist in implementing new operational standards across the team

Qualifications:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) required.

Highly adaptable, proactive, and demonstrates strong business acumen with a high willingness to take ownership.

High-level written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.

Strong leadership potential and demonstrated project management capabilities.

Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule (including potential night, weekend, or holiday shifts as operationally required).
