Job summary

Transportify Philippines is seeking energetic fresh graduates to join our Management Program Associates pool, where you will rotate through the company and be trained for future management roles. The program involves a lot of hard work and a strong drive to achieve results.

Our team operates in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao with a dynamic, asset-light model and rapid growth. Fresh graduates or recent grads are welcomed, and engineering degrees (Industrial/Chemical) are a big plus.

Qualifications

We are searching for talented fresh graduate (or recent graduate) to join our pool of Management Program Associates who will rotate through the company and be trained/groomed for management roles in the company. It will be a lot of hard work.

QUALIFICATIONS

• We prefer fresh or graduates. We look for high achievement / overachievement in university.
• Graduates from engineering courses (ie. Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering) would be a big plus.
• Ability to self-manage without daily micromanagement
• Hunger and drive to achieve superior results. Strong work ethic.
• Prior industry experience not required - we prefer raw talent
