Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting/financial reporting experience.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, PivotTables).
• CPA is an advantage; non-CPA candidates with relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial and management reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
• Analyze clinic financial and operational performance for trends, variances, and improvements.
• Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting, including consolidation and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with clinic/department heads on budgets and financial performance.
• Maintain fixed asset register, acquisitions, depreciation, disposals, and reconciliation.
• Prepare product gross profit and margin analyses and track profitability changes.
• Prepare supporting schedules and financial analyses for management.
• Perform other related accounting and financial analysis tasks as assigned.

About the role

Responsible for the preparation and analysis of management and financial reports to support business decision-making. The role evaluates clinic financial and operational performance, assists in budgeting and forecasting, maintains fixed asset schedules, and performs product gross profit analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial and management reports, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement
• Analyze clinic financial and operational performance, identifying significant trends, variances, and areas for improvement
• Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including preparation, consolidation, monitoring, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with clinic and department heads regarding budgets, financial performance, and significant variances
• Maintain and monitor the fixed asset register, including acquisitions, depreciation, transfers, disposals, and reconciliation with accounting records
• Prepare product gross profit and margin analysis and identify significant changes affecting profitability
• Prepare supporting schedules and financial analyses required by management
• Perform other related accounting and financial analysis functions as assigned

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance, or related course
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, or management accounting

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas, and PivotTables
