Job summary

LevelBlue, LLC. is seeking a Solution Implementation Manager (SIM) to lead onboarding and implementation of Managed Security Services for enterprise clients.

You will coordinate across customers, engineering teams, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and high service quality. The role combines technical project delivery with customer engagement and security enablement, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in network/security implementation, service delivery, or project management roles.
• Experience delivering firewalls or managed security services is highly preferred.
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding of MSS solutions across customer environments.
• Gather, analyze, and validate customer technical and business requirements.
• Translate requirements into solution designs and implementation plans in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Coordinate and manage deployment activities including ordering, provisioning, configuration, and testing.
• Act as the primary customer-facing interface during implementation lifecycle.
• Ensure successful integration of firewall, SASE, and SD-WAN solutions into customer environments.
• Track and manage project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management across internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and status communication with stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and automation.
