Job summary

Primer Group is seeking a Store Head to lead the team in achieving sales targets and ensuring stock health through timely replenishment requests.

You will supervise daily store operations, train direct reports, enforce SOPs, manage inventory, and submit regular performance and stock reports.

The role also involves coordinating with brand initiatives and local marketing to drive customer service excellence and sustained store growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store sales targets are consistently achieved.
• Minimize expenses through control measures.
• Supervise brand/marketing activities and local store marketing.
• Submit daily store operation reports (sales, inventory, etc.).
• Monitor inventory and submit weekly replenishment requests.
• Ensure proper execution of store inventory counts and reporting of variances.
• Observe daily compliance to Nimbly checklist in the store.
• Oversee store equipment and fixtures maintenance.
