• Implement security programs and protocols to maintain a safe environment in the mall.
• Conduct regular inspections and address security issues with mall operations.
• Monitor compliance and documentation including attendance, incident reports, and policy violations.
• Investigate and report security incidents with proper record management and tenant orientation.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional growth initiatives.
