Job summary

Limketkai Mall is seeking a Security Officer responsible for maintaining safety, security, and order for customers, employees, tenants, properties, and facilities. You will implement security policies, conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and assist mall occupants as needed.

You will monitor security concerns, enforce mall rules, and coordinate with the Security Supervisor to address incidents and maintain a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols and security inspections within assigned areas of the mall, parking areas, entrances, exits, and other designated locations.
• Monitor and maintain security and safety within the mall premises.
• Observe and report suspicious activities, security risks, hazards, and other unusual incidents.
• Ensure that mall security policies, procedures, and regulations are properly implemented.
• Monitor compliance with mall security protocols by employees, tenants, contractors, suppliers, and visitors.
• Monitor and control access to restricted and authorized areas.
• Verify identification, permits, passes, and other required documents when necessary.
• Monitor the entry and exit of employees, tenants, contractors, suppliers, and service personnel.
• Ensure proper implementation of access control procedures during mall operations, events, deliveries, and maintenance activities.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, accidents, theft, loss of property, and other emergencies.
• Conduct initial assessment and secure the area when an incident occurs.

Job Summary

The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the safety, security, and orderliness of Limketkai Mall, including its customers, employees, tenants, properties, and facilities. The position ensures the effective implementation of security policies and procedures, conducts regular security checks and patrols, responds to incidents and emergencies, and provides assistance to customers, tenants, and mall employees when necessary.

The Security Officer shall also monitor and report security concerns, enforce mall rules and regulations, and coordinate with the Security Supervisor and concerned departments in addressing incidents and maintaining a safe and secure mall environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mall Security and Surveillance

• Conduct regular patrols and security inspections within assigned areas of the mall, parking areas, entrances, exits, and other designated locations.
