Job description

As a Customer Relations Services Representative, your role is to execute the overall security program of his assigned mall. To maintain a safe and secured environment for all the customers, employees, guests, and other personnel within the mall he is assigned in, as well as other business related structures, in order to preserve a harmless environment which will result to profit and good business for the organization as well as achieve customer satisfaction within the limits of company standards, policies, and government law on security administration.

Primary Responsibilities

• Implement security programs and protocols to maintain a safe and orderly environment in the mall.
• Conduct regular inspections and address security issues in coordination with mall operations.
• Monitor compliance and documentation including attendance, incident reports, and policy violations.
• Investigate and report security incidents while ensuring proper record management and orientation for new tenants.
• Engage in continuous learning and development through training and participation in professional growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Criminology or in any related course. Registered Criminologist is preferred.
• With at least 1-2 years of work experience in the security industry or customer service.
• Has good and effective communication skills.
• Flexible and can work on weekends, holidays and extended hours.
