Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a marketing professional to plan and execute events and promotions across local and international shows, mall-wide sales, and family activities, in line with quality standards.

The role focuses on driving venue rentals, sponsorships, partnerships, and revenue opportunities, while developing communications and PR initiatives to boost awareness and engagement for mall events. Collaboration with merchants will strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Business Development, or a related role.
• Experience in event planning and organization.
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
• Graphic design and digital media editing skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events and promotional campaigns, including local and international shows, mall-wide sales, family-oriented activities, and other mall events in accordance with Commercial Business Group quality standards.
• Support the achievement of mall venue rental and marketing recovery targets through sponsorships, partnerships, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
• Develop and implement communications and public relations initiatives to increase awareness and engagement for initiated events and promotional activities.
• Work closely with merchants in conceptualizing and implementing marketing programs and promotional activities that strengthen their brand presence and drive customer engagement at their mall branches.
