SM Supermalls is seeking a Mall Manager responsible for profitable mall operations aligned with management directives and revenue expectations. The role includes implementing programs to enhance the mall's physical value, creating strategies for a safe environment, and ensuring compliant policies across departments.

The position covers Building Administration, Tenant Relations, Tenant Sales Performance, Marketing Initiatives, Administrative and Human Resource Management, with assignments at SM

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Commerce, Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• Extensive managerial experience in Marketing, Sales, Property Development, Building Administration and Customer Service.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Building Administration and Property Management to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage Tenant Relations and drive Tenant Sales Performance.
• Lead Marketing Initiatives to attract customers and maximize mall revenues.
• Oversee Administrative Management and record-keeping for mall operations.
• Guide Human Resource Management for mall staff.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations and shareholder expectations.

Descripción del empleo

The Mall Manager is responsible in ensuring the profitable mall operations in accordance with Management's directives and income expectations.

The incumbent shall implement programs for the constant enhancement of the physical value of the mall by creating strategies in order to ensure a safe and secure environment that will encourage customers to continually patronize mall products and services.

He/She shall likewise effectively and consistently implement policies, guidelines and procedures across all areas in conformance with the standards set by the company, government regulations and statutory requirements in support to the objectives of maximizing shareholder's return and maintaining leadership in the retail industry.

REQUIREMENT

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical and Mechanical), Commerce, Marketing, Business Management or any other related course.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

• Extensive experience and proven track-record in the field of Marketing and Sales, Property Development, Building Administration, Customer Service and Business Operations in a managerial capacity
• Excellent communication skills and able to relate well with all levels in the organization

WORK LOCATION

• Candidate must be willing to be assign at SM City Butuan.
