Job summary

Vista Malls is seeking a leasing professional to source, screen, and negotiate with potential tenants for Vista Mall Bacolod. You will manage lease documentation, renewals, and ensure contract compliance while building strong relationships with tenants.

This role requires coordinating with operations and marketing to support tenant needs and promotions; monitoring tenant performance and aiming for leasing targets and mall occupancy. Weekend and holiday work is required as mall operations demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in leasing, sales, or retail/property management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays as mall operations require.
• Willing to be assigned at Vista Mall Bacolod.

Responsibilities
