Job summary

Vista Malls is seeking a Leasing Specialist to source, screen, and negotiate with potential tenants for Vista Mall IloIlo. The role requires handling lease documentation, renewals, and ensuring contract compliance while building strong tenant relationships.

You will coordinate with operations and marketing to support tenant needs and promotions, monitor tenant performance, and help achieve leasing targets and occupancy goals. Weekend and holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in leasing, sales, or retail/property management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
