Job summary

Vista Malls is seeking a TheMall Operations Assistant to support daily mall operations by ensuring tenants comply with lease agreements, policies, and standards, and to monitor fit-outs and renovations in line with approved plans and safety rules.

You will coordinate with tenants, contractors, and internal teams, maintain records, assist in processing permits, and provide administrative support to the Mall Operations team. Taguig assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in mall operations, tenant relations, property management, or related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively with tenants, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Willing to be assigned in Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tenant compliance with lease agreements, memoranda of agreement, mall policies, and company rules and regulations.
• Assist in implementing and enforcing mall operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor tenant fit-out, construction, and renovation activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, design standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with tenants, contractors, and internal departments regarding fit-out schedules, permits, and project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress, identify compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Assist in processing tenant permits, clearances, and other operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant documentation, permits, inspection reports, and compliance-related files.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and coordinate concerns with the appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Mall Operations team in the execution of daily activities and special projects.
