Job summary

Chroma Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive mall occupancy and revenue by sourcing tenants, negotiating leases, and managing tenant relationships.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fit-out and store openings, monitor lease performance, and deliver excellent customer service throughout the leasing process. • Coordinate with Operations, Technical, Legal, and Marketing teams to facilitate tenant openings.
• Monitor lease renewals, expirations, and tenant performance.
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements and company policies.
• Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
• Assist in developing strategies to improve tenant mix and maximize rental income.
• Represent the company during site inspections, leasing events, and client meetings.
