Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a Leasing Manager for SM Megacenter Cabanatuan to lead leasing operations, optimize tenancy mix, and drive mall revenue.

You will develop strategies, negotiate leases, build tenant relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering occupancy targets. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in commercial real estate leasing, preferably retail.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate leasing experience.
Experience in retail or shopping center leasing.
Proven track record of negotiating and managing lease agreements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute leasing strategies, plans, and budgets for the assigned mall.
Oversee leasing operations to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Identify and introduce new concepts and tenants to strengthen the mall's tenant mix.
Evaluate and approve leasing proposals and concept papers.
Establish tenant placement strategies for new and reconfigured spaces.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
Develop initiatives to maximize revenue-generating opportunities within the mall.
Manage lease-related concerns, including deferments, concessions, pre-terminations, and non-renewals.
Monitor tenant performance and recommend improvements to enhance mall productivity.
