Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a Leasing Manager for SM Megacenter Cabanatuan to lead leasing operations, optimize tenancy mix, and drive mall revenue.

You will develop strategies, negotiate leases, build tenant relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering occupancy targets. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in commercial real estate leasing, preferably retail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate leasing experience.
• Experience in retail or shopping center leasing.
• Proven track record of negotiating and managing lease agreements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
