Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations at the assigned mall, optimize tenant mix, and drive revenue growth while ensuring policy compliance. You will develop strategies, manage occupancy targets, and build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Real Estate, with at least 5 years of commercial real estate leasing experience, preferably in retail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in commercial real estate leasing, preferably within the retail or shopping center industry.
• Proven track record of negotiating and managing successful lease agreements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies, plans, and budgets for the assigned mall.
• Oversee leasing operations to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Identify and introduce new concepts and tenants to strengthen the mall's tenant mix.
• Evaluate and approve leasing proposals and concept papers.
• Establish tenant placement strategies for new and reconfigured spaces.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
• Develop initiatives to maximize revenue-generating opportunities within the mall.
• Manage lease-related concerns, including deferments, concessions, pre-terminations, and non-renewals.
• Monitor tenant performance and recommend improvements to enhance mall productivity.
