A resource management company is seeking a Store Development Officer to oversee leasing operations for the Mall of Asia complex. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms.
• Negotiate the offer rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands.
• Monitor and arrange Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal.
• Arrange and file Lease Contracts.
• Maintain a pleasing personality and professional demeanor.
