A leading resource management firm in Manila is seeking an experienced individual for a full-time position. The role focuses on overseeing leasing operations and negotiating terms based on company requirements. Ideal candidates should hold a bachelor's degree and possess strong negotiation and management skills. This position offers a competitive salary of 21,500 Php with additional allowances, and operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Preferably a bachelor's degree holder.
• Experience in a similar field is highly preferable.
• Strong negotiation and management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms.
• Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements.
• Monitor and arrange Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non-Renewal.
• Arrange and file Lease Contracts.
