A leading resource management firm in Manila is seeking an experienced individual for a full-time position. The role focuses on overseeing leasing operations and negotiating terms based on company requirements. This position offers a competitive salary of 21,500 Php with additional allowances, and operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms.
Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements.
Monitor and arrange Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non-Renewal.
Arrange and file Lease Contracts.
