Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with Professional License.
• At least 3 years in Building/Facilities/Property Management and 2 years in environmental management.
• Preferably has previous designation as PCO.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mall equipment operations to provide utilities for mall operation.
• Plan and implement repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and related systems.
• Ensure compliance of the Mall with government standards and local regulations.
• Act as Pollution Control Officer for the mall.
