Job summary

You will plan and implement maintenance, repairs, and replacements of MEPFS systems, ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires a PRC-licensed engineer with 3+ years in facilities or property management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Based in Zamboanga City with on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical).
• Must be a PRC Licensed Engineer (Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer).
• At least 3 years of experience in Building, Facilities, or Property Management.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

The Resident Engineer also ensures that the mall complies with standards set by government agencies and local government units.
