SM Supermalls (Shopping Center Management Corporation) is seeking a Mall Engineering Supervisor to oversee MEPFS systems and ensure reliable utilities for mall operations. The role involves planning repairs, maintenance, and replacements while ensuring compliance with government standards.

You will lead engineering staff, manage project bids and implementations, and optimize energy usage across the facility, while enforcing safety and housekeeping policies.

Qualifications

• Responsible for supervision of mall equipment operations to provide utilities for mall operation.
• Involves planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and related systems.
• Ensures compliance of Mall with government and local government standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mall engineering operations by managing MEPFS systems, repairs, and maintenance to ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead project planning and execution of engineering initiatives, including proposal development, contractor bidding, and project implementation.
• Ensure effective utilities management through monitoring, analysis, and optimization of electricity and water consumption.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety by enforcing housekeeping policies, conducting inspections, and addressing security or equipment concerns.
• Develop and support engineering staff through supervision, performance management, and training.
