Job summary

WalterMart Shopping Center is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure building facilities and equipment are reliably operational. The role focuses on planning and scheduling maintenance programs, with emphasis on preventive and predictive activities.

You will coordinate with supervisory staff, address tenant technical needs, and oversee external contractors to maintain safety and service standards. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, resolve issues

• Attend to lessees' complaints or requests on maintenance services.
• Supervise contractual agency workers and other maintenance service contractors.
