Job summary

DoubleDragon Properties Corp. in the Philippines seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance programs for building and equipment. You will supervise multi-skilled technicians, coordinate third-party contractors, and monitor tenant renovations, permits, and compliance with DENR/LLDA requirements.

The role emphasizes reporting, safety, and ensuring all systems—HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-support—are maintained to high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional License is required.
• At least one year of work experience.
• Relevant supervisory experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance or construction is preferred.
• Preferably has worked in a building property or mall.
• Preferably with background in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of preventive maintenance programs for building/equipment.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition via regular inspections; implement preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, electrical, civil and life support systems.
• Supervise, assess and evaluate performance of multi-skilled technicians and report to Area Manager.
• Monitor tenant fit-outs and renovations; provide status reports to Area Manager.
• Monitor Purchase Requisitions and follow up; provide updates to Area Manager.
• Respond to tenant and customer concerns; advise on actions to Area Manager.
• Oversee third-party contractors for repairs; coordinate activities.
• Ensure timely compliance reports required by management/Head; submit on time.
• Assist Area Manager in coordinating renewals of permits/licenses with LGU/ agencies.
• Other tasks as assigned by General Manager/Technical Services Head.
• May serve as Pollution Control Officer in lieu of Area Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental rules; monitor DENR/LLDA requirements.
• Prepare and submit Compliance Monitoring Report (CMR) and Self-Monitoring Report (SMR) as required.
• Ensure building effluent and wastewater meet DENR/LLDA passing parameters.
• Ensure Sewage Treatment Plant equipment is in top condition; monitor effluent process.
• Ensure all Sewage Treatment Plant equipment operates with Preventive Maintenance.
