Wilcon Corp is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities for a mall project. You will help ensure timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met, collaborating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

The role requires strong project coordination, site supervision, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

Responsabilités

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily construction operations and site activities
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers
• Review plans, drawings, and technical specifications for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and company procedures
• Track project costs, variations, and assist in budget monitoring
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and project updates for management
• Attend site meetings and help resolve technical and operational issues
